Disappointed

Awful. Ordered a desk on the 17th of March, heard nothing until the 22nd to state that they didn’t have it in stock and my order was cancelled yet they haven’t refunded me and they either don’t seem to know how to or are just holding funds. I went onto their site which had completely changed, logo and everything, desk I bought was removed with an identical one with a different name and my original account was deleted by them. Absolutely shocking experience. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so no worries. Please do not shop here.

The Wecare by Armor cartridges supplied by Staples.

The Wecare by Armor was supplied to me recently. Both Majenta and Cyan cartridge material was opaque plastic making it impossible to check the ink quantity.The amount of ink in them was a quarter full because the ink ran out in a week.

delayed my order with no communication!

Placed an order for a printer which had a delivery time of 1 week. Turned out to be close to a month with no updates at all and I had to chase them for updates.

Still advertising a free gift offer which is out of stock

Staples are selling coffee with a lovely free nestle box offer. Only the nestle box is out of stock so this is false advertising. You buy the coffee thinking you’ll get the free gift but it doesn’t arrive and then you get told it was “subject to availability” over a week later, despite them saying they are aware of this and passing it on to managers and warehouse they are STILL advertising this offer. Dishonesty at its best!

Order still pending after 3 weeks, no communication

Ordered a printer on 29th January, order still in Processing status 20 days later. No communication about any delay whatsoever and wasn't informed the item wasn't in stock when placing the order, wouldn't have ordered if I'd known. On top of that there's no straightforward way to cancel the order, payment authorisation has been sat Pending ever since 29th Jan.Sent 2 emails to enquire which have both been unanswered. Looks like the only way to get some sort of reply from Staples is by posting a negative review online. Before you even bother, I don't want to be told to phone you up - there are two emails there for you to reply to.

Ordered 3 items in November as…

Ordered 3 items in November as Christmas presents told dispatched waited in nothing, rang curriers to be told they’d not received from suppliers, rang staples customer service to be told damaged in transit a week later one arrives rings customer service again on back order so ok will I get them for Christmas yes.er no in reality rang again discontinued we’ll give you a refund 5 to 7 days took over a month. I won’t advise people against using them but personally I won’t touch them again with a barge pole worse online business I’ve ever been involved with.

Order process on line reasonably…

Order process on line reasonably straight forward. Never received although courier advised Staples that the ink cartridges were left in reception even though we have individual post boxes, instantly reconcilable, where all our post and packages get delivered to. No signature or picture available. Awaiting refund, i have to say a pretty tricky process. They also only sent what they had in stock - took the full amount and never advised that they were out of stock on certain items. Not a great experience and would think twice before ever re using.

Chair uplifted for refund 24th December…

Chair uplifted for refund 24th December still no refund.Very disappointing. Customer service shocking. Staples promise delivery within 2 working days. They also state on their website that "customer service is working at full strength" So why so long for a refund?I am actually waiting for 2 refunds.Company's are judged on their level of customer service. This has been a poor experience and Staples are not a company I could recommend to my friends and associates.

SHOCKING AND APPALlING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stunned to see how many people have left similar feedback.Order from Staples.One item delivered our of the two ordered. The remaining item does not come.When I called customer care, they said it was delivered the following day and signed by someone (who does not live in the address). I inform them of this and they promise to investigate.Called two days later, was told that investigation is ongoing.Reach today through someone on Chat, they said no case was being investigated and the item has been delivered quoting the same reason during the initial call.I inform them again about the issue. They have raised a case 00743159 and refuse to put a timeframe to close this matter.This is almost 2-3 weeks since I raised the order. I have committed a blunder, should have stuck with Amazon.They have my order and my money. Misled from the start till the end. No accountability!Recommendation: BUY FROM AMAZON

Same as all the recent reviews , atrocious service and customer care... Ordered on 03/01/2021 , used Staples as they said delivery on 5th (yesterday). Didnt arrive , checked tracking and it was still somewhere ! All today its been "somewhere" , so I contacted TNT who then told me they havent even picked up the consignment yet !! Staples are lying about despatching !! Couldnt get through to cancel at lunchtime , wish I had used Amazon or Ebay now , were cheaper and delivery believable , will be trying to cancel tomorrow now and buy from a reputable supplier :(

Another highly dissatisfied customer.

Another highly dissatisfied customer.I ordered one item on the Staples website, at approximately 16:15 on December 30, 2020. The website stated that orders received "before 6pm would be delivered the next day". Except, of course, it wasn't.When I checked later that evening, and again on each of the next several days, up to January 4, 2021, the order was "processing".I used the website Contact Us form to register my dissatisfaction; no response, of course!Eventually, January 4, it was "processed" and I received an email from TNT to say that delivery would take place on January 5 (remember this was an item with a "guaranteed" delivery of December 31st).Today, January 5, another email from TNT to say the delivery has been "delayed" and it will now be delivered "as soon as possible"! This was the first time I had ordered anything from Staples; it will also be most definitely the last! Appalling service, and no apology for any of the problems they were causing.

Please people DO NOT order from this…

Please people DO NOT order from this shop/store I have never known such a bad customer service & I had been waiting over 14 days for a delivery with no explanation or any kind of correspondence please save yourselves from all the hassle & go somewhere else even if it’s a little more money, it’s worth it to save all the nonsense excuses & apologies.
